Alyse Schiedler uploaded a video to Facebook of her stepdad twisting into a complicated yoga pose and drinking beer off his forehead, and it's awesome.
"When your 60 year old step dad bets you he can place a beer on his forehead and drink it without using his hands or arms.............. And he totally kills it," according to her post.
As they say in the video, these are some serious #StepDadGoals
