Who loves kittens? Better question: Who doesn't love kittens?
Uber definitely loves kittens. The company brought back its #UberKITTENS promotion for a third straight year and delivered some furry feline friends on-demand in honor of National Cat Day.
Needless to say, HuffPost was eager to participate. Again. And as you can see from the video, we could barely contain our excitement when Uber dropped off the kittens at our offices.
The concept was simple: Between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., users were able to request kittens to be delivered to their place of work for 15 minutes of glorious cat-play, for just $30.
The program brings joy and smiles to office workers throughout the 50 participating cities, and helps find a home for the felines, too. Over 30 kittens have been adopted as a result of #UberKITTEN days.
