Keith Kelley and Kelly Sziy told the Atlanta Journal Constitution that the scale-breaking, 765-pound gator is nicknamed Lumpy. By the looks of it, we'd say they picked that name right.
They are visibly pleased in photos they took with their large, dead reptile, which they claim to have bagged with "a rope, a few hooks and their strength" last Thursday.
Lumpy's head was reportedly mounted as a trophy. The rest of him was used for processed meat.
