This Paralympian Won The Halloween Costume Game. Everyone Go Home.

This guy just won Halloween. No contest.

John Sundquist was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer at the age of 9, resulting in the amputation of his left leg that year. Now as an adult, Halloween has become one of his outlets for creativity -- he always comes up with a clever and hilarious costume. 

This year, Sundquist is going to, quite literally, depict an IHOP Restaurant.

"The amputee works at IHOP joke is a classic amputee joke," he told The Huffington Post. "I thought 'OK here's an existing amputee pun ... I can actually dress as the sign'."

Sundquist, who's been cancer-free since age 13, began ski racing when he was 16. Years later, according to his website, he made the 2006 U.S. Paralympic Ski Team for the Paralympics in Turino, Italy. 

In 2010, Sundquist, who's also a motivational speaker and author, started wearing creative Halloween costumes that incorporated his amputation. He decided to share his costumes online with a broader community, once he realized they were hit amongst his friends. 

"I started [creating costumes] because I always to some degree, coped by having a sense of humor," he said.
