This Video Perfectly Explains Why Your Upstairs Neighbors Are The Worst

Ever wonder why your upstairs neighbors suddenly start making excessive noises at weirdly inappropriate times? Are there elephants up there? Are they really rolling bowling balls across their floor? Are they purposefully standing above your bedroom and dropping marbles on the floor at 6 a.m.?

According to a new video from sketch comedy group "Above Average," yes -- your upstairs neighbors are trying to make your life miserable, but they don't think of it as misery at all. "People think of neighborly noise as a nuisance, but we think of it as an art form," one of the actors deadpans. The "couple" then shows just what it takes to make life hell for the downstairs neighbor.

The duo sets off multiple cell phone alarms simultaneously, rolls metal barrels across the floor and makes excessively loud (fake) sex noises because why not. This hilarious video confirms our worst fears. Our upstairs neighbors are making all that noise on purpose and they totally enjoy doing so.
