Bluey The Bird Does An Uncanny R2-D2 Impression, Earns Himself More Than A Cracker

Bluey the budgie has been watching a little too much "Star Wars" lately. That, or he's just trying to tell us what his fully operational battle station can do.

Bluey's owners say the naturally curious creature picked up his unconventional birdsong after they played R2-D2 sounds on YouTube four or five times.

"We were blown away that he picked it up so quickly," YouTuber Carli Jeffrey wrote in the video comments. "The other budgies in his cage started copying him but could only manage a few seconds at a time."

Though the video dates back to June of last year, it has only recently picked up steam after surfacing on sites like Viral Viral Videos.

Yeah, well laugh it up, fuzzball!
