Man Sues For $5 Million After Skull Is Crushed By Falling Pine Cone

A Washington man is suing for $5 million after his skull was crushed by a falling 16-pound pine cone last October.

Sean Mace is suing the San Francisco park where the incident happened as well as a number of government agencies, saying the injury left him with irreversible brain injuries.
