Libertarian Candidate Has A Serious Question: 'WTF?'

Jason G. Smith, a libertarian running for the Clark County Board of Commissioners in Nevada, has a question: "WTF?"

No, he doesn't mean that WTF. Some of Smith's campaign signs around Clark County ask, "Where's the funds?"

"Clark County has a $6.2 BILLION budget!" the signs read.

Smith declared the unusual campaign slogan a #win on Twitter on Sept. 19:
